Well, I’m seeing orange and black all over . . . with perhaps some purple, or neon green thrown in for accents! I’ve never really been a huge fan of Halloween, although every year there are really cute and crafty Halloween cards and decor; that I’ll admit, for sure! I have several friends who absolutely LOVE Halloween, so I usually do a few cards.
This year, as I’ve done for 2-3 years now, I got a couple of cute little Halloween kits from Polly’s Paper Studio on Etsy. I follow Polly’s Paper Studio blog online, because I love her “vintagy” style. Usually prior to holidays, she has small kits for sale on Etsy , which contain lots of “bits and pieces” for you to play with and create cards. Often, she posts samples of cards she has made with many of these pieces, for your inspiration. I find them to be lots of fun, as its almost like putting a puzzle together! The six cards below were all made (along with many more!) from the 2 kits I got from her this year. These are all one-of-a-kind. I’m selling some of them at the Prospector’s Vintage Marketplace this weekend, but these six are for sale here. If you want one (or more!) let me know. They’re 5″ X 7″ size, and are $8.00, which includes postage if I need to mail them to you. And check out Polly’s wonderful blog!
