Almost December . . . 26 days until Christmas! If that’s not inspiration enough to get down to business making Christmas cards, I don’t know what is! I’ve been a veritable “factory” lately, and have had a very productive run making lots of Anna Griffin’s gorgeous holiday cards.
I love working with all the pieces she produces for cards, putting them all together sort of like a puzzle! In all of her kits and products, she includes sample photos of cards made with those components. I find them good for ideas, but I like to go ahead and create my own designs, with the pieces she has provided. Otherwise, I can look at it and say “is this MY card, or is this Anna Griffin’s card?” These cards are all chock full of beautiful matte foil diecuts, holly and pine foliage diecuts, warm and happy holiday greetings, and sometimes a little silk ribbon. If you click on each photo, it should enlarge some so you can better see the details on a card.
If you’re in need of some special holiday cards this year, the cards in these photos are all numbered, because they’re for sale. They are pretty much one of a kind, so if you want one (or some!) just let me know the number(s), and I’ll deliver or mail them to you. You can mail me a check or pay through PayPal. The cards are all $8.00 each which includes postage.
Bella Cosa Vintage will be selling cards at the Vintage Marketplace at Prospector’s Nursery in Nevada City, CA, this weekend, also. I made two of each of these cards and one batch is listed here on my website, and the other batch will be at the Marketplace, this coming Thursday through Saturday. If you’re in the Sacramento area foothills, we’d love to have you stop by and say “hi”!
If you don’t need cards, but just some holiday inspiration . .. please do enjoy!! I’ll be back Friday with some lovely tags I’m making with some marvelous new dies I got! Hugs! Janice
