What Does Your Favorite Card Look Like?

You’ve all probably received a few cards that really stand out from the norm. I have a “new favorite” card to show you today. I made it for a very special friend and loved it so much that we made it in my workshop last weekend . . . and I just keep looking at it, and loving it, and wanting to make more!

This card uses primarily Anna Griffin products.

I first bought Anna’s products around the year 2005 and these papers are from a stash I still have, copyrighted 2002 & 2003. I just “found” Anna again last fall and am loving her truly amazing products once again. She has always leaned towards a vintage look in her products, which is what attracted me to them years ago.

Why do I love this card?

I love the dies, especially the unique first layer die. I love the really soft, muted color scheme in pinks and greens. And I love, love, love the stunning flowers, which I fussy cut from another sheet of Anna’s papers. Those of you who know me, know that I never met a rose I didn’t love!

This card could easily be a card “template”, using other dies, other papers, and even other beautiful flowers . . . . why don’t you challenge yourself and see if you can make one with supplies you have on hand! And I’d love for you to share it! Happy paper crafting ’til next time!
